To the guy who said the last cards were op, could you specify how please?

Your blog lacks an ask button.

So, I’ve started with the Orks.

This is what I’ve got so far, going for brutal power in their set, with the fluff based idea that just killing them, doesn’t stop the Waaagh!, they’ve also got the first enchantments of the set, but they’ll come later.

Thoughts?

Here are a few of the Guardsmen cards I’ve got worked out.

There main affects are going to be populate, and summoning 1/1 tokens, they’ll be white/green colour (the coloured cards at least), and the non-token guardsmen have this ability, to summon from the graveyard, to represent endless reinforcements.

I got a request for a Khorne Berzerker card, so here’s the four units of the Dark Gods. I’ve also got a few more imperial Guard cards done, and I’ll put them up soon. Thoughts?

So I thought I’d return to making my Magic/Warhammer 40k cards.

I’ve tweaked the current two Planeswalkers, and I’ve started Imperial Guardsmen cards. Lots of tokens, populate, and these guys that you can’t really run out of. :P

So, I’ve started a project.
Tau. I’ve devised a 2000 point list that I plan to complete. Along with adding the odd bit to my Orks…

bellefarniente:

Upcoming ForgeWorld Horus Heresy Deathshroud Terminators.

Really not too sure what to make of all this Heresy stuff… On the one hand, I like the exploration of a time, pre-40k. On the other, I just find the models to be tediously rehashed models, already pumped out by FW.

I just want Forgeworld to release more Primarches…

Rubbish. They look amazing, I want 20.
Also want more Primarchs, where’s Mortarian!

So, here’s the terrain piece I was talking about.That cost £100. #yolo
But it’s all good, they said they’d ran out online because you can get the parts separately now, and they also only had two left in store. Except I’m not allowed to touch it until next weekend. I got told. Work will start on painting the Shadowsword soon though!
In other news; I have a new project! :DOne of my house mates (the only one I’d really say was a proper friend atm, lol asocial) wants me to build and paint his space marine army he’s buying. LOTS OF MODELS. :D
Other other news; I’m now teaming up with my Fiance for commissions, I’ll build/base/convert/ and paint to table top standard any thing (read ANYTHING) you want. And she’ll paint the bad-arse centerpiece models. Seriously, she’s amazing. Entered Golden Daemon this year too. Oh, and if you want her; contact through this page please. All deals are being done on here by both of us. Cheers!
Also C&C as ever are wanted and welcome.

Oops.

Hey guys, so I tried a few more.

I thought that instead of adding ‘Range’ or something to really shooty cards, I’d give them reach instead. Also; Failbbaddon’s here! :D

Thoughts? Comments & criticisms?

Hey guys! So, updates on the cards.

Noise Marines (and hence Slaanesh creatures) now have a new colour, of red and blue.

Also are a few new cards I’ve made. Thoughts?

Well, thanks to the positive responses from the previous set, I’ve decided to put up some more.

This time, it’s a new set of abilities I’ve tried to set out; Marks of Chaos.

Thoughts? Also, I’m not certain about Slaanesh, any ideas?

Hey guys, just something I’ve been doing for a while.

Warhammer/Magic the Gathering cards! :D

These are just a few, if people like (of if I do regardless :3), what’re peoples thoughts on me showing all of them? Comments and Critisicms all welcome as well. And the art’s not actually mine (lol), I’ve just put my name there to show it’s my card. All art are copyright Games Workshop (atm) and etc, etc. :3

Also, is there any thing in particular that people would like to see as Magic the Gathering cards? Do tell, I’d like a challenge. Thoughts?

So, new blog, new models, new rules.
Firstly, here’s a model I’ve recently purchased, and am now going to paint (read- nearly finished, just camera’s lost… :P ) for a competition at the local Games Workshop.
Secondly, I’ve decided to lay out some basic ground rules for commission works.
Centre piece models will cost significantly more, as they take much more time, effort, paint, bits, etc. And so are negotiable on a model by model basis. Simple works are always accepted. And by this I mean things ranging from “Failcast ruined my {insert expensive model} can you fix it?” to “just bought this ten-year-old’s tank on Ebay, can you strip/remodel/repaint/cannibalise it?”. Prices are negotiable here too.
Standard rank and file models work at approx. 50p per model, per thing. Things include; basing, painting, converting, etc. So for 20 Skaven models to be based and painted; it’d cost around £20. Because I’m insane, and I like doing it, converting and building the actual models will be free (unless that’s all you want me to do, even then it’ll be cheap). Bar the price of any additional pieces needed.
Elites models, or selective units that you want painted/converted to a higher standard, will cost between 75p and £1 per thing, per model. Obviously the better/more elaborate you want, the higher the price.
Payment is done in two steps (preferably via Paypal or in person). A first payment, to cover any models and/or pieces, will be required before work begins. Then, when the project is finished and you’re COMPLETELY satisfied, the final payment for work will be needed. After this I shall return/resend the models back to you. Any postage being covered in this second fee.
Work is generally quick to do, most projects taking less than a month, larger/more complicated ones will obviously take longer. I can do “Express” work, if you want it quicker, but this will cost an additional 20% on the charge, as I spend literally all my time (free or not) working on it.
Last thing is; if I complete the project, and you fail to respond to repeated attempts at contact for 2 whole months (via tumblr, email, or phone), then I reserve the right to put the project up for resale.
So yeah, thanks for reading! :D
If you want to know ANYTHING at all, even just random quotes of prices, please don’t hesitate to ask. All prices are negotiable, all postage is Royal Mail first class (unless you have a preference other than), and as I said, if you can get to anywhere within the Oxfordshire area (of England that is) then there is no postage charge. And any first time commissions will be significantly cheaper than normal ones.
